Hi,

I have been using fetchmail -k with mutt to retrieve mails from my ISP's
POP3 server. I have also included option UIDL in .fetchmailrc. This works
very well when there are few mails in the mailbox, but if it gets many
mails in the mailbox, and I log off the dial-up connection, the POP account
seems to have been affected in some way so that no more mails are coming in
the mailbox.

When I log in again and start fetchmail, I only get mails from the time I
have logged in and no mails from the period I logged out and until I logged
in again. What can this be?

I saw this today as well, all mails since I logged out last night could not
been retrived. As a check I logged in to webmail to check my account there
before using fetchmail. There I could see all mails that had come in during
the night, but when I tried to download them, they just disappeared.

Here is some output from fetchmail -v -v:

I have used Kmail to download mails from the same server. Can this be a
cause?

Regards,

Jostein
