I went through this, too. You can get the fetchmailconf rpm from
rpmfind.net. The best you can get (as of about three weeks ago) is one
version down from what ships with RH80. If I remember right, it is from
RH73. You'll also need to get the fetchmail rpm for that same version,
and downgrade to it before trying to install fetchmailconf. Configure
and get fetchmail running as you like with the older version, and then
you can upgrage to the most recent fetchmail (there is actually a Redhat
security update rpm that is one version higher than what is shipped with
RH80). When you do the upgrade (to either RH80 rpm), it will remove the
fetchmailconf rpm. It's a little annoying, but that is how it is.
