Have you checked /var/spool/mail/[username] ?
I don't think this is a fetchmail problem. Are you using procmail via a
.forward file or a "mailbox_command = /usr/bin/procmail -Y -a $DOMAIN" (or
similar) in /etc/postfix/main.cf ? Does your ~/.procmailrc or
/etc/procmailrc point to the correct directories and files? BTW, you have
postfix configured to do NIS lookups, but have not configured NIS.
