[fetchmail] Setting auth=cram-md5 does not work

Hi friends,

this is related to Debian bug #185232 [1].  Using auth=cram-md5 does
not work as pop3.c and imap.c both contain a bug that uses cram only
if it has been probed.  As setting auth causes no probe, this fails.

Here is a small patch against fetchmail 6.2.2 that should fix the
problem.
