[fetchmail]minor man page cleanup

I have created a patch [1] with some minor fixes to the fetchmail man
page. This patch is collection of changes that the Debian fetchmail man
page has accumulated.

Most of the changes are for proper escaping of dashes, and changing some
other characters to be more consistent.
