[fetchmail]postmaster and ports

I have the following...

set postmaster "postmaster"
set no bouncemail
set no syslog

poll pop.ia.net proto pop3:
        envelope "X-Envelope-To"
        localdomains dia.net ml.dia.net
        user "i(_at_)dia(_dot_)net"
        with pass "i"
        is * here


This works fine.
Two questions :
1) How to tell it to fetch mail and deliver to sendmail on another port 
other than 25 ?
2) what is the last resort email if it doesnt find the user in the list. 
will it go to postmaster ??
