Three points.

First - we heard you the first time. You don't need to send a 30 KB email to
the list 3 times.

Second - WTF are you doing sending HTML? Please use plain text in future -
it's a fair bit smaller than that mess.

Third - if you want help, join the list.

(yes, I'm grouchy - 90 KB of HTML email will do that to me)

The error message however, was:

<root(_at_)associatedmutual(_dot_)com> root(_at_)associatedmutual(_dot_)com
      MSEXCH:IMS:Associated Mutual Insurance
Cooperative:Amicsite1:NTSERVER1 0 (000C05A6) Unknown Recipient

Ok, that's a message from Exchange, not fetchmail.

I have no idea where "root" is coming from nor why it's
working for some emails and not others. Also, despite having
"set no bouncemail" in the RC file, error messages are still
being sent to the senders which causes them to call us,
resend email, etc.

However it's Exchange doing that, not fetchmail.

Someone please help me. I am not subscribed to this list so
please explicitly address me in your replies. Thanks.

We need to know, at a minimum:

Version of fetchmail
Output of "fetchmail -v -v" for one of the problem accounts (the output will
go to the log file)
Ideally the mail log from your mail server for that same email.

It would also be useful to know what system you're running fetchmail on -
these details matter.

Your .fetchmailrc file is missing the envelope-to header details - see the man
page.

PLEASE - keep list traffic on the list. Email sent directly to me may be
ignored utterly.
