[fetchmail]fetchmail and delete

Hi,
I need to download all the new mails and delete mails older than X days 
like Outlook Express can do in MS Windows. Can fetchmail do this?

If no, does anyone know of such utility? Maybe even an utility to delete 
mails older than X days will suffice, I will run it before fetchmail.
I am checking on getmail too.
