Sounds good. Except it may be a little hard to get EVERY one to use
public keys. Especially (a) windows users and (b) users of webmail and
other email that doesn't have built in key handling.
I don't think this will happen for this list though. It's not under my
control, and neither implementing nor deploying such restrictions would
happen over night at any rate.
Just a general thought on forged sender addresses and avoiding from them
showing up on lists.
