[fetchmail]Re: Annoying dots

I need to run fetchmail by hand in order to retrieve the mail when I
want to read my mail in mutt. I have the key sequence Esc-G in mutt run
fetchmail to retrieve my mail so that I can read it. I really only want
my mail retrieved when I say so, not at certain intervals and whatnot.
Is there any way to get rid of the dots without putting fetchmail in
daemon mode? Thanks.
