Could you explain that in more detail?
Strip first two lines (sed), then reinject (qmail-inject is basically
sendmail -oi -t with different and fewer command line options). It's
about the worst idea someone can have, as this creates mail loops and
reinjects mail depending on the To:/Cc: headers.
I'd say the setup is really broken.
