retiring the CSnet connection.
Please send your messages to NTT users using the syntax

and not to
user%ntt-20(_dot_)ntt(_dot_)jp(_at_)relay(_dot_)cs(_dot_)net
Any messages addressed to addresses of the form
user%host(_dot_)ntt(_dot_)jp(_at_)relay(_dot_)cs(_dot_)net
will be rejected after 9/15.
Please check any mailing lists under your control and correct as necessary.
