Grr yourself. This is a draft, not a finished document.

Yes, it uses hyphens in cookies. Yes, it did not get updated with the
latest changes to message. And it is missing a Body-version: header.

I'm sure we can arrange to get these trivia in the example changed in less
than five months. ;-)
