Note on RFC-XXXX

In section 7.5 [The Binary Content-Type].  It is not defined
which order the conversions in "conversions=a,b,c" were done.
I assume to create the example they were applied left to right.
To undo the conversions you apply them right to left.  It would
be good for it to say so in the document.
