Re: AUDIO silences

Neil Katin's restriction of Marshall Rose's proposal seems quite
reasonable.  While I think Marshall's goal of defining a format so that
it can handle several different audio formats is a good idea, I also
think that restricting the number of audio types that can appear in that
format, under the AUDIO/BASIC category, is also good.  There is no
reason the same format cannot be used under other sub-types of AUDIO.
