Re: Quoted-printable specification.

I have no problem with the reworded version of quoted-printable that
Alaine suggests, and I agree that it seems to be functionally equivalent
with the old one.  Would there be any objections to having the next
version based on Alaine's text, but possibly merging in a few bits from
mine?
