Re: Content-type suggested BNF changes

I don't particularly object to Dave's suggested changes, which would allow

Content-type:  application/whatever; foo=bar,baz,ola

instead of

Content-type:  application/whatever; foo="bar,baz,ola"

but on the other hand, I don't see any great necessity for it, either,
and I'm reluctant to make such a change at this late date.  Nobody else
seems to have responded at all.  Is this an issue, or should we just
forget it?
