Re: EXTERNAL-BODY: status report

I support the new text, with these changes:

1. Your text says "an image in G3FAX format", and then your diagram
shows things in application/postscript.  I think you need to change one
or the other.

2. I don't suppose we could change this to message/external-body (i.e.,
add a hyphen)?  We already have application/octet-stream, and frankly
externalbody is a bit hard to read.
