OK, OK folks. My announcement about the MIME spec had a couple of bugs
in it, for which I apologize:
1. The message/external-body was in quoted-printable, which is illegal.
There's a bug in mysoftware, I will fix it.
2. Some of the parameters should have been quoted but weren't. That
was a bug in my brain, as I composed the external-body parameters by
hand.
3. In the first part of the multipart/alternative, my software knew it
was bit-stripping to ASCII but left the charset as "iso-8859-1" -- also
a bug.
