Re: Time for ISO 10646?

Note that ISO procedures require a serious effort to resolve every one
of those "NO"s.  If I recall the rules and two or more are unresolvable
that come from P-Members of JTC1, then special intervention from the ISO
and IEC Secretaries-General is required to try to resolve the differences and
ITTF may or may not decide to approve and publish it.  6 "no" votes on a
DIS would normally be considered very serious.
  It is, as the saying goes, not over 'till it is over.
