Re: MIME parameter lists?

I lobbied hard for an attribute/value-list change, but you
are right that it was too late.  It would have required that
the parameter list be separated by something other than
commas.  

And all of this involves very minor, syntactic aesthetics,
rather than anything fundamental to MIME functionality.
