Dave,
I like PCI more than the vandreuil signature proposal. However, I would
prefer for the lines to really be 822 lines rather than this funnyness
qwith ";" and having multiple x:'s on a line. I also don't really
like the "nest" format. I think the fewer mechanisms there are, the better.
Possibly multiple locals should be handled by a multipart type...
