How about our formulating a detailed statement of what work needs to be
done. Think of it as a pre-charter-writing exercise. From that, we can
get an exact sense of the amount of work to be done.
Make a few small edits and reviewing them for consensus does not require a
working group. If we think there is likely to be any serious debating,
then we probably do need a wg.

Before that question can be asked, and assuming that this is the right
time, we should be asking if we need a WG to do this work? Can it be done
WG-less?

Given that I'm burned out from being past Drums chair and really don't
have the time to spare, are you volunteering to chair the effort?
