Yep. I have that too. The fact that 18,000 isn't enough doesn't mean
that about a million isn't enough.
And even if a million is not enough, the UTF-8 encoding, as currently
defined in RFC 2279, RFC 2279bis and Usefor is quite capable of coping
with the whole of UCS-32.
But perhaps even UCS-32 is not big enough for Bruce?
