Charles Lindsey already did a lot of excellent work in that regard before
the final publication of RFC 2822, and RFC 2822 already incorporates a lot
of the additional restrictions that news needed.  There really aren't that
many left (it's a lovely change of pace to be able to easily summarize the
remaining header differences in a fairly short e-mail message).
