Best practice headers

Much of the discussion is about parsing grammer for various headers
seen in the wild.  I'm wondering are there any collections of "perfect"
headers a developer could use as templates for creating new headers?
It would still be liberal accepting other headers, but what should
a conservative sender's headers look like?
