That draft doesn't address all the discussion I was aware of,
because just when I updated it before the deadline, the folder
where I had put all these mails from this discussion was lost,
but I have recovered it in the meantime, and should be able to
get back to it in a few weeks.
Another thing I'm waiting for is the start of the header registry
at IANA.
