I got some recently. That's why I asked, since mutt lost the very first
character of the To. There's a mutt patch that fixes it for From/To/CC, but
it's still a problem in the other header fields.
However it is strictly speaking optional according to RFC 2822.
Therefore I shall be pressing, when next RFC 2822 comes up for revision,
for it to be required in mail also (but of course that is for generation -
it must still be accepted).
