I'm very happy about a simple solution:
- References are required: especially if a certain range of people may
have missed one of the levels, a threading by one level as In-Reply-To
is not as good as a full chain within references
- Apart from threading, only a simple 'Fwd: ' subject prefix is
required to mark a message as forwarded
