No it isn't! How can it be? One machines outgoing message is anothers incoming message. :-D :-D SMTP is a PUSH protocol, POP3 is a PULL protocol. It is not unheard of for ISP's to use SMTP to PUSH mail to clients when their connection is detected by their ISP. d.
