[Asrg] 0. General - Addtional subgroup created for Analysis

Hi,

We have added an additional subgroup and mailing list for the analysis 
and characterization work. If you want to join, post to the main list.
We'll be providing more information next week or two on subgroups, how 
they operate, how they interface with the main list, and where their 
list archives can be found.
