It seems to be quite hard to elicit any kind of clueful response from
them at all. I keep getting kicked off because I reject messages without
Message-Id: headers -- so far I've had nothing but inane drone responses
telling me to 'talk to me ISP' when suggesting that they _add_
Message-Id: headers if they feel they must accept messages without them,
and when reporting that their web interface stupidly only reports the
final line of the rejection message rather than the whole of it.
