Exclusion of possible overall strategies based upon votes for various
abstract elements is _not_ a good approach. Nor does it appear to
provide a reasonable basis for cobbling together a draft. Allow this
process to take the time it might require. In the past, email
related WGs have placed a reliance upon _unsafe_ DNS practices. The
proverb "Look before you leap" would seem to apply.
Those victimized by ill-considered email mechanisms should and
eventually will have greater input. The "how" is more important than
the "what" at this point in the process.
