I've posted new versions of both of these based on the feedback on the open
issues discussed in today's WG meeting in Prague.
The most important diff since the meeting is the conversion of the MLM document
to a BCP, with requisite conversion of the text to use RFC2119 language. The
message is otherwise the same, modulo the other editing changes we agreed to
during the meeting.
Also changed is the RFC4871bis draft in that it now alters all of the IANA
registries to add a "status" column, so it can be made clear that the "g=" tag
in key records is now deprecated.
