No, that's not what that document does.
At the end of the day, this document is describing incompatibility
issues and provide "suggestions" (remember it is suggestions not a
mandate) in how (via protocol methods changes, administrative protocol
setups, etc) with an idealized goal to minimize the impact of the
incompatibility issues.
If that is not what it does, what does it do for its potential
audience of?
- DKIM signer developer
- MLM developer,
- DKIM verifier developer
