Exim does -- set helo_data on the SMTP transport.
PMDF has provided facilities to do this for at least a decade, perhaps more.
And since the current Netscape Message Server MTA as well as Sun's JESMS
product are PMDF descendants, they have the ability as well.
Given how often this is necessary to deal with various issues I cannot imagine
the capability isn't provided by most MTAs by now.
