What an unpleasant situation.

IMO, the documents can go forward as is, since there is a clear
assertion that the patents are defensive.

As I see it, there is no real difference between the mail Pete has
already sent and mail with subject "WGLC". "This needs WGLC" ≅ "strong
letter to follow".

Btw, I'd like to hear what procedures Huawei have instituted.
