Actually, I've been quite nice by normal standards and guess what, I deal
with people with the time and I don't think Dave has an annoying writing
style. I don't see that at all. So it might help to understand you can't
be right all the time as well.

i refer all participants on this mailing list to:

which illuminates the co-chairs' policy with respect to acceptable
standards of behavior for this mailing list.
given that this is the second warning i have issued today (albeit
to a differnet party), i am compelled to remind all participants that if
problems such as these continue, the co-chairs will, in consultation
with the AD, find it helpful to invoke the escalation procedures such as
those outlined in BCP83.
personally, i would rather see the participants efforts focus on the
initial progress made yesterday and today with respect to the technical
issues. i hope that all participants share this perspective.
