As it was clearly stated, the proposed extension for the SPF/CID Mail From
parameter does not pertain to the Author of the mail. RFrom is clearly
misleading as was agreed. Althought it has been impled such information is
to assure the recieptient of the Author's indentity, this is again very
misleading. This information is used to track the mail through regions of
mail administration. These boundaries will be identified by this "Tracking"
information added onto the Mail From parameter. This information may say
very little about who actually authored the mail but says much more about
the track the mail has taken. This may contain information from a list of
headers or parameters, so a safer way of referring to this item would be to
call it Tracking. This information offers no other assurance than to
indicate the last administrative domain the mail past through enroute.
