Yes, that's the format PGP 2.X uses for a conventionally encrypted
message.  If there are no ESKs the SEDP is assumed to be encrypted with
IDEA, using the Simple rules to convert passphrase to key (i.e. hash
the passphrase with MD5).

I think it would be clearer to say something like IDEA/MD5S2K SEDP (for
those who don't like V3 or PGP2) since SEDP | ESK,SEDP sort of implies the
isolated SEDP has an identical definition, when it actually is narrower.
