was a "compressed" block of type store which appeared to be of zero
length because it was simply a prefix.
All of these changes have been made. I adapted Hal's comments into 2. The
wording there is: PGP 5.0 can read an RSA key in V4 format but can only
recognize it with a V3 keyid, and can only properly use a V3 format RSA key.
