Public Keyring

Hi !

Just one (simple) question:

How can I figure out which UserID fits to which KeyID ?

E.g. a Public Keyring looks like this:

Public Key Packet (enthaelt keine KeyID)
Trust Packet
UserID
Trust Packet
....
Signature Packet
Trust Packet
....

I think I can't assume that any user signs his own key(s) and if so I can't
assume that it is the first signature under the key.
