Only the DSA key precedes most user IDs.
Well, that's right, but how can I find out the KeyID the UserID belongs
to ? There is no field in a Public Key Packet.
In the old RSA keys (V2 & v3) the KeyID was the last 64bits of the 1st MPI
(public modulus). In the version 4 keys the KeyID is the last 64bits of
the 160bit hash (fingerprint) of the public key packet.
Read section 11.2 Key IDs and Fingerprints starting on page 49 of the
draft.
There can be multiple encryption subkeys, but I think one is a default
(determined in the signature packets) and extra UserIDs can be attached to
the subkeys if I remember, but am not sure.
