Seems to fit the existing model as a transcoding function.

This might be a good candidate for a special library. The rule model
seems to require inputs from the primary data stream (like the web)
and the "user" and "content owner". This is a vector off the
"user" and primary data stream - allowing this to customize it
depending on the user's particular needs rather than a general
disability group.

Hi,

How about disability-related services such as web-page color substitution
for the color-blind, and perhaps even html to streaming audio translation
for the blind?

Hi,

attached a slightly modified version of the Example Services draft.
We've submitted the modified version, but it will probably not be
published in time for San Diego.

As usual - comments welcome!
