Intermediary Discovery and Description

Hi,

although outside the OPES charter, the issue of (OPES) intermediary 
discovery and (service) description might be of interest, as evidenced 
  in some previous emails.
While outside the OPES charter, the WEBI WG is chartered to work - 
amongst other things - on "requirements for an intermediary discovery 
and description mechanism", but nobody was found yet to take the lead 
on that. Maybe a god opportunity to get involved if you're interested. 
The WEBI meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, 3/19, 1300-1400.
