The simple substitution of GeneralNames for Name in IsuerAndSerialNumber
will break backwards compatibility with PKCS #7 v1.5.  

[SAH]  Yes, it will, but I don't think the current spec is workable
as written.  How do you map a non-Name GeneralNames choice to a Name?
