IMHO, there is no need to change the CMS spec (or any of the S/MIME specs)
to support your requirement.  When constructing a CMS envelopedData object,
your software would build a recipientInfo SEQUENCE for the recipient and
another recipientInfo SEQUENCE for the "corporate key".
