I haven't yet seen any notification to this effect yet but the following two
drafts are available for review and comment on the IETF web site:

-- Certificate Management over CMS
ietf-draft-pkix-cmc-00.txt
CMMF integrates PKI message bodies into one document (although points to
CRMF).
The CMC draft carries forward the CRS work which was submitted at the last
IETF to the S/MIME group and which was subsequently redirected to PKIX.
