Is the way in which DH is used for v3 S/MIME enveloped modes documented
anywhere? I've read PKCS#3 and the S/MIME specs but this leaves some
questions unanswered.
Do the sender and recipient use two fixed keys (presumably as part of
certificates) with a common set of parameters or does the sender
generate a random one-time session key pair for the recipients
parameters?
