I agree with John here. I think that this topic should be brought up

PKIX, where there is a document on cert policies (that has gone

I agree with John and Paul (and myself, I guess) that the PKIX part
should be in PKIX.
There seems like there is a "and George and Ringo" joke in here
somewhere, but I imagine that it wouldn't be funny.
